Send It will process and investigate notices of alleged infringement and will take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). A notification of claimed copyright infringement should be emailed to Send It’s Copyright Agent at senditorganization@gmail.com (Subject line: “DMCA Takedown Request”).


To be effective, and follow procedures set fourth by the DMCA, the notification must be in writing and contain the required information for takedown requests as noted in DMCA.
